Notice on Cancellation Policy, Seat Changes, and Insurance Contracting

EF EXPERIENCE SL is not responsible for refunding the money for a trip canceled by the customer due to illness, attacks, acts of terrorism, unfavorable weather conditions, war, or any sudden and uncontrollable event by EF EXPERIENCE SL. Failure to show up at the scheduled departure time will not entitle the customer to any refund of the amount paid, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
 

SEAT CHANGES
Travel seats are personal and non-transferable. In case the seat holder wishes to change the reservation, it must be communicated and approved at the ERASMUS FAMILY CÓRDOBA office, located at Alcalde Velasco Navarro 9, Córdoba, and always paying the administrative fees. The holder will manage the sale of their seat to a buyer, and the transfer will only be effective once the administrative fees have been paid:
One-day trips: The administrative fee is €5. The name change can only be made up to 24 hours before the trip date.
Three-day trips: The administrative fee is €15. The name change can only be made up to 48 hours before the trip date.
Five-day trips: The administrative fee is €25. The name change can only be made up to 72 hours before the trip date.
 

CANCELLATION OF A TRIP
The user has the right to request the reimbursement of the amount paid, always paying the administrative fees for the refund (€5). The refund will depend on the following conditions:
If requested more than 21 days before the trip date, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded, also paying the administrative fees.
If requested between 11 and 20 days before the trip date, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded, also paying the administrative fees.
If requested 10 days before the trip date, the user will not be entitled to any refund.
 

ADDITIONAL CANCELLATION INSURANCE. COVERAGE

  • 100% refund of the amount paid up to 4 days before the trip without needing to provide justification.
  • 100% refund of the amount paid 1 to 3 days before the trip with justification of illness, accidents, or the death of a first-degree relative.
The cancellation insurance is only available for purchase at the time of booking the trip. It cannot be purchased after the trip has been booked. It is important that if you wish to insure your trip against cancellations, you purchase the insurance at the time of booking, as requests for insurance coverage will not be accepted at later dates.
